If you click on the "settings" button in the webcam application you can manage your preferences for streaming.
There are 4 segments in this menu: Devices, tariffs, look & feel and actions
- Devices
The camera and microphone is selected when you come online. If you have multiple webcams or microphones connected, you can switch while online what webcam/microphone we use.
This part of the settings menu is also where the "mute" function to disable your microphone can be found.
- Tariffs
Private & VIP tariff: In this part of the settings you can choose your private chat rate (5, 7 or 10 credits per minute) and your VIP chat rate (10, 15 or 20 credits per minute). If you cannot set higher private chat rates, please find HERE more information about who can set higher private chat rates.
You can only change this tariff if you have no connected clients in the chat type you want to change the tariff of.
Allow / refuse voyeurs during VIP chat: As model you can choose if you allow or refuse voyeur visitors in your room while you are in VIP chat with another client.
Allow / disable interactive toy usage in freechat: With this setting you can choose if a user can activate your connected interactive toy while you are available in freechat. Please be reminded that in freechat no nudity or explicit shows are allowed.
- Look & feel
Dark / light theme: We give you the choice to show our webcam application in dark mode or light mode:
Also see secret chat in your public room.
In the webcam application you can now activate the feature “Also see secret chat in your public room” via the settings menu, under the part “look and feel”.
This new function allows you to see and reply to all chats of your visitors without having to switch between the chat tabs.
Standard view, feature not activated. You see a dedicated “public” room and unread counters on the secret chat tabs (= tabs with nickname of visitor)
With this feature activated. You see the name of the public room is updated to “public + secrets”, now every chat posted in public and secret chats are all combined in the “public+secret” tab.
Please be aware, if a visitors starts a private chat, we automatically open for him the secret chat. Most paying clients never read in the “public” chat and only read the secret chat.
When this new feature is active, we clearly show the difference between chats typed in public chat and chats typed in secret chat.
Every message typed in secret chat is indicated with this symbol (same as we show before every secret chat tab).
For each such message we show a “go secret” or “reply here” button.
Go secret => the secret chat tab opens.
Reply here => click on this to type your reply (that will be send to the users secret chat).
If you click on “reply here” and you start typing, we also have an extra indicator showing “to Nickname only”, informing you that what you type will only be posted in the clients secret chat.
If you did not select the “reply here” and type, this is posted in the public room. While typing we also show an indicator “sending to public room”.
Normal / large chat texts: If you sit far away from your monitor, it could be that the chat text is shown too small for you. In this case you can activate the "large chat texts" option to see all chats in a larger format.
Show all events including free visitors: On the bottom right of the webcam application, we show the "event logs". With this filter you can choose if we show the event logs of all visitors, paying visitors only, or none.
Show join and leave messages: With this filter you can choose from what visitors we show the "visitor joined" and "visitor left" messages in your chat. You can choose betwen "all visitors, paying visitors only or none.
Automatic translation to another language: To help fluent communication with the clients, we offer automatic translation to 12 different languages.
When you start the webcam application you can also choose if we translate using Google translate or DeepL Translator.
sound-alerts: We have several sound alerts to notify you of incoming visitors, virtual gifts you received, visitors who left. If you don't want to hear these alerts, you can disable them here.
Layout mode: This menu allows you to alter the layout of your interface, manually switching between desktop, tablet and mobile modes.
- Text shortcuts
From now on you can see and manage your saved shortcuts via the settings menu.
If you have no shortcuts set, we add 4 standard sentences for you.
If you have added your own shortcuts, we remove the 4 standard ones.
- Actions
Pause: When you activate the "pause" function, you are put offline on the website. Any visitor that would be in your room when you start the pause will be removed from your room.
The pause function lasts for maximum 20 minutes. If after 20 minutes you haven't disabled the pause function your session is terminated.
2MIN': The 2MIN function allows you to quickly grab something away from your webcam without having to stop your session and remove the visitors from your room.
- When activated, we stop your stream and microphone but you remain online for the visitors. We replace your image by a text saying "be right back" in several languages.
- Visitors can remain in your room while the 2MIN is activated, they continue to pay if they are in private or VIP chat.
- 2MIN activation lasts maximum 120 seconds (2 minutes). Once these 2 minutes are over we restart your streams (webcam and microphone). It's essential that you are always back visible on the webcam image before the 2MIN function is stopped! Streaming an empty room is not allowed.
Record video: We start recording your show when you activate this function. Please ensure that your recording is minimum 30 seconds. A recording can maximum be 20 minutes.
Once you stop the recording we will process your video and make it available on the "videos" extranet page for you to add a title and description and confirm it for validation.
Send debug log: If you think there is a technical issue with your session, or with your visitors session, and you want this investigated by our tech team, please click on this "send debug log" button to send the logs to our technical team and then contact our support with details of what happened or what you want us to investigate for you.
