Sound Alerts – What Do They Mean?
Our platform uses several sound alerts to help you stay informed about important activity in your chat room, such as visitors entering or leaving, or when you receive a virtual gift.
Below is a list of all the sound alerts and when each one is triggered:
When a Paid Client Enters Your Room
We play the following sound alert every time a paying client enters your room:
When a Paid Client Leaves Your Room
We play the following sound alert when a paying client leaves your chat:
When a Visitor Requests a VIP Show
If a visitor sends a VIP chat request, the following sound alert is played:
When the First Freechat Visitor Enters
If you're in freechat and your visitor counter goes from 0 to 1, we play this sound alert (note: only the first visitor triggers the alert):
When You Are Switched Back to Freechat
After a private chat ends, and you return to freechat (30 seconds later), this sound alert is played:
When You Receive a Virtual Gift
There are three different sound alerts for virtual gifts, depending on the value of the gift:
