Settings
On the Settings page, you can manage your personal details and privacy settings.
Personal data: Here you can find the personal data validated by our team after your registration. If you have moved to a new address/country, you can update your address on this page.
Contracts: Here you can sign or download your contract with Xcams-Models.
Fair Play rules: In this section you can accept and read the current Fair Play rules. Make sure you abide by the fair play rules in order to avoid any negative consequences to your account.
Country restriction settings: This widget allows you tp choose to show or hide your country to visitors. You can also make your profile invisible to visitors from other countries. Please note that the more countries you block, the less visible you are, which may negatively impact your earnings.
Password: Here you can set a new password (if you still remember your current password). Please note that this feature can be disabled for models working via a studio.
Phone number: Here you can link your phone number. After entering your phone number, you should receive a text message with a 6-digit code. Enter this code to link your phone number.
Video calling: Video calling (also called the Audio over Phone option) allows visitors to speak with you over the phone during your show while they watch your livestream on their computer, for a more intimate experience.
This option is only offered on a limited number of our partner sites and is therefore not available to all visitors. For these audio calls by telephone, you will receive a payment of €0.40 per minute.
To activate this option, you must provide your telephone number (landline or mobile) and enable the feature. An Audio over Phone user will never see your phone number. They call a different number and we forward the call to you.
When you receive a call, you must accept it by pressing the # key. We then connect you with the client.
Additional information: A video call is only paid if the user is on the phone and also in your chat. If the user leaves the chat during the call, ask them to hang up, return to a paid chat with you, and call back.
Email: Here you can update your email address. When you enter a new email, we will send a link to that new email address to confirm the change.
Two-Factor Authentication: For maximum privacy, you can activate Two-Factor Authentication. Once this is activated, you can no longer log in to your account with only your email and password. After entering your email and password, you will be asked to provide the verification code generated by your authenticator app.
Privacy: Here you can request to close your account. Please note that it can take several work days before your request has been handled by our team.
