Step 1: Select your devices
On the app’s first screen, use the dropdown menus to choose your camera and microphone.
Important: confirm your devices every time you’re about to stream — even if you’ve already done it before.
Step 2: Click “Go Online”
Step 3: Take your facial verification photo
The system asks for a photo of your face, to confirm you are the account holder.
Step 4: Make sure all participants are visible
Each participant needs to be selected and be within the camera frame.
