When contacting support, please be clear with your question and provide as much detail as possible. This will help us assist you faster and more effectively.
How Xcams-Models contacts you
Only two official channels:
- Email: only from “@xcams-models.com” addresses. We never use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.
- As a visitor in your room: a green notification with the tag “/Xcams-Models”.
Important: a visitor without this tag is normal, even if they claim to be part of the team. A staff member’s time in the room does not count toward your statistics.
