In case you are experiencing issues with your microphone during your sessions please make sure if the correct microphone is selected in the Configuration menu of the streaming platform. Choosing the No audio option or a non-functional device will result in a mute stream and a lower Profile score.
If you are experiencing issues with the correct device you should also make sure if the microphone is functioning and set as default in your operating system's audio menu. In the case of Windows you can easily access the setting by right clicking on the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the screen next to the time and date and choosing the Sound settings menu.
In this menu you can choose your Input device and test the microphone with the help of the volume bar.
If you have troubles using this menu, the More sound settings option of the same page gives you the option to change your default Recording devices and to test the audio with a more apparent volume bar.
