- 500 error code on you Extranet
- blocked camera or microphone in your browser setting
- Black screen of your image during streaming
- Crashes of your browser/streaming application
- Unexpected behavior on your mobile device
Firstly it is advised that you update your browser to its latest version, make sure no plug-ins such as Adblock or uOrigin is blocking your browser from working properly with our platform.
If the issue is in relation to the streaming interface we recommend you go into your streaming settings, and click the "Send debug info" . This will create a log for our developers to check.
Should these not resolve your issues, we recommend contacting the Online Support chat room or writing to info@xcams-models.com with the exact description of the error and the steps you have taken to have it occur.
