If you have suddenly lost access to your account, there are a few steps we recommend taking.
- Check your registered email address for any emails coming from the platform. If there was an unauthorized access to your account, a password change or personal information change, we send you a notification to make sure it was actually done by you.
- If you are working via a studio, talk with the owner of the studio account, or operator you have worked with in order to check the conditions of the account.
- Keep an eye out for your internal messages while you are streaming. Often times we send you notifications about our internal Fair play rules, should there be any violations or warnings that you need to see in relation to your behavior. We also send notifications about any performance problems you might be undergoing before the platform takes any actions against your account, such as closure due to alarmingly low performance.
- With such Low Performance violations, the sanctions will also send an email to your registered email address with our reasoning and further actions.
In any case, Xcams-Models will notify you via your registered email address if there are any changes to your account status, and the reasoning behind it.
