Visitors
The Visitors page gives you details about your visitors.
Total fans: This shows the total number of visitor accounts that saved your profile as a favorite.
Loyal visitors: Visitors who have spent more than 250 credits with you in the last 30 days.
Visitor rating: This shows the average of the visitor ratings you received in the last 30 days.
Total visitors: This shows the total number of unique visitors you had in the last 30 days.
Best visitors: Here we list the 3 visitors who have spent the most credits with you in the last 30 days.
Visitor list: In this section, you can see all visitors for the selected time period. By default, we sort by “Credits spent”, but you can also sort by recent visitors or alphabetically.
Extra filters: You can also filter by registered and unregistered visitors, and by paying and non-paying visitors.
Send message / manage notes: If you click on a visitor, we open a pop-up with more details. In this pop-up, you can send a message to the visitor or read/write/manage the notes you have saved for them.
Important: Not all visitors can receive messages or have notes saved. Visitors who pay by phone or use a remote payment website cannot receive messages and cannot view or create notes. This is because these are one-time accounts that cannot be used again on another day.
