Messages
On the Messages page, you have two ways to contact your visitors: mass messages and individual messages.
In both types of messages, you can write normal text, use emojis, and add pictures as attachments.
If you add an attachment, you can select a photo or video that you have already uploaded and that has been moderated, including content set to public or private. You can add a maximum of 5 attachments per message.
Mass messaging: Each month, you can send a maximum of 5 mass messages to your loyal visitors and/or fans.
Loyal visitors are visitors who have spent over 250 credits with you in the last month.
Fans are visitors who saved you as a favorite.
Individual messaging: You can send an unlimited number of individual messages to visitors, and it is free for visitors to read your messages. If a visitor wants to reply, it costs the visitor 1 credit per message sent.
Visitors can also choose to add a virtual gift as an attachment.
Inbox and archive: By default, all messages a visitor sends you arrive in your inbox. However, you can choose to delete these messages or archive them.
If you archive messages from a specific user, replies from that visitor will stay in the archive. You will still see a visual warning if there are unread messages in the archive.
