On this page, you can view and manage your active payment method, your invoice data, and your invoices.
Invoice data: Providing your invoice data is mandatory for most models. We need at least your personal tax number before you can add and activate a payment method. If you have a legal entity and/or a VAT number, make sure you provide these details so we can include them on the invoice we prepare for you.
Payment method: Our platform offers several payment methods with bi-weekly and daily payouts. The available payment methods depend on your country. If you click the “+ Payment method” button, you will see all available methods for you.
Daily payouts vs. bi-weekly payouts: Our platform offers two types of payouts: daily and bi-weekly. A daily payout is always paid the day after you reach the minimum payout amount you have set as unpaid earnings. Bi-weekly payouts follow fixed payout periods. Each month has two periods:
Period 1 (1st–15th): earnings are paid on the 20th of the same month.
Period 2 (16th–end of month): earnings are paid on the 5th of the next month.
Pause your payouts: If you want to stop your payouts immediately, click “Pause your payouts.” When this is activated, no new payouts will be prepared or sent until you contact support to disable it.
Note: If a payout was already prepared before you activated the pause, we will still send that payout.
Invoices
Periodic: In this section, you can view your invoices per period. You can always download two PDF files: the official invoice and the calculation details.
Yearly: In this section, you can download an overview of your total earnings for last year on Xcams-Models. This PDF becomes available in February of the following year.
