On the Payments → Earnings page, you can see detailed information about your earnings and statistics.
Periodic income: The earnings you have generated so far in the current payment period. In the comparison section, you will see the average daily earnings from the last period compared with the current period’s average daily earnings.
If you click the down arrow to expand, you can see how much you earned per chat type.
Daily income: Your average daily earnings so far within the current payment period. In the comparison section, you will see the average daily earnings in the last period versus the current period’s average daily earnings.
Income per Online Hour: This shows your hourly earnings, calculated by dividing your total earnings in this period by the total number of hours you have been online in this period.
Income graphic overview: By default, this section shows your earnings from the last 30 days. We show a graphic breakdown of your earnings by chat type. Using the filters on the right, you can choose to show all chat types or only selected ones.
Preset table Earning & Payouts list: This section shows your detailed earnings per day for the selected time period. By default, it shows your earnings from the last 30 days.
To see the details of your earnings for a specific day, click the amount under “Daily earnings” to view the earnings per chat type. If you then click a specific chat type, we open the details of all chats in that type, including the start and end time, credits per minute, payout percentage, the exact payout you received for that chat, and the visitor nickname.
On the right, you also have a button that allows you to send a message to that specific user.
