You can request account closure directly through the extranet, under Account Settings → Privacy.
How it works
- Just select the red bottom 'Close Account'
- Confirm your password
Our support team will receive your request and close your account.
In case you want to cancel your request, just select 'Cancel Account closure' in the same place.
Before you request it
- Your pending payout balance must be zero (or withdrawn).
- Active contracts must be terminated.
- Open disputes must be resolved.
- Studio accounts must remove all linked models before closing.
