The inactivity policy
If you don’t go online for about 5 months, we send you a warning email. If you still haven’t logged in by around the 6-month mark, your account is automatically deactivated.
How to avoid this
Simply log in and go online periodically — even a short session resets the inactivity clock.
How to reactivate a deactivated account
Contact support at info@xcams-models.com to request reactivation. If you work with a Studio, your Studio can also submit a reactivation request on your behalf.
Note: password reset won’t work on a deactivated account — you need to reactivate it first (see “I Forgot My Password / I Can’t Log In,” above).
